 Return Policy


Coffee and Tea are perishable so we can not accept returns but we can provide an exchange and/or credit in certain scenarios.

The product does not live up to the hype. Within seven days of purchase you can madbunnycoffee@gmail.com to chat with a team member for assistance. Our mission is to offer you the best experience and we will work towards a solution that will offer you just that!

Your product never arrives. We can’t refund or exchange for delayed packages but we can re-ship coffee or tea that never arrives, the sweet spot is if you don’t see tracking details within 72 hours, there might be an issue and you should email or text us, if you do not receive your order within seven days, your package may have gone missing, and please reach out to the team so we can try and track it. After ten days, we file a missing package report and we will resend your order, and apologize on behalf of UPS and USPS and we will try and claim insurance for our loss!

We ask that you please check your order before placing it. Orders placed with incorrect grind settings will not be replaced under any circumstance.

Equipment or Merchandise Issues

To be eligible for an exchange or credit on merchandise or equipment purchases, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging and can not have been used. You have ten days from the purchase date to return.

 

We can not give you a credit for shipping costs and or the shipping cost to return the product unless the product is faulty. If there is an issue with the product you need to email us madbunnycoffee@gmail.com to discuss and we can work out the plan to get you happy.

Severe Weather/ Holiday Shipping Delays

In cases of severe weather or holidays there may also be delays with shipping. Please note, our team is diligently working to roast and ship orders as soon as possible.

In many cases, we've noticed that some packages may show "pre-shipment" on a tracking page, but in reality, these orders have already been shipped.

As per above please feel free to email or text us if you do not see any updates within 10 days. Our team will review your case and we'll work hard to try and get another package shipped out to you as soon as possible.


Roasting Schedule/Shipping Expectations

We proudly roast-to-order to ensure you are getting the freshest coffee possible! But this does mean that when you purchase there will be an additional day or two between when your order ships. After that we estimate 3-15 business days before your order might arrive (depending on where you live!).
